HONORS EXPERIENCES
Joining the honors program has been able to give me opportunities I could not have gotten as a normal student. I am extremely grateful and here are some experiences so far:

HNRS 1010
Gateway to University Honors (HNRS1010) is a one-credit hour course that all University Honors students are required to take during their first semester in the program.

UHP DISCOVER
I joined Dr Guerra's research team in the summer of 2023 through UHP discover. The research project is about understanding design principles in human and non-human architectural structures. The main focus was on butterflies and how they adapt to their environment just like humans do. We caught butterflies and performed harmless experiments on them like altering their environment

UHP WELCOME MENTOR
The UHP Welcome Experience gives incoming first year students the opportunity to connect, build community, engage and learn more about UHP during their first few months here at UC. As a student-led program, all student leaders must satisfy the following requirements.
